First day of building my aircraft.
Not knowing anything previously. Not understanding what tools to use when, nor how to set rivets. Not having the basic knowledge of metal working either. And after being afraid of flying, I will still fly this aircraft in the future.
How can I feel so assured with an aircraft built by myself and not with a previously built aircraft from a known manufacturer?
Well – it comes back to my personality. I’m maticulous in basically everything I do. I do not satisfy. I will not cut corners. If I need to do something twice, or even five times to get it right – I will. And I will control everything. Again and again. I will not opt for OK when I know I could have done something better than that,
