Today was a very quick visit to the workshop. Just a few minutes to do step 1-3 of Page 3, Section 6.
First part was to deburr the edges. Nothing much to say here. I’m trying different tools and techniquest for deburring. I will most probably try different ways many times before finding a way which for me is working.
After deburring, I was also trying to radius the corners of the nose rib flanges. And by the way. I’m a Swede. English is a second language to me, and all the part names – and I mean it.. ALL the part names are confusing to me. But I will probably get what is what. Some day.
Anyhow, radius the corners of the nose rib. I found what was what and did my best – and it looked okey I think. We’ll see when it’s time to fit the skin. Hoping that what I did was enough.
Now.. Finally.. I got to cleco things together. It started to look like something. Very exciting!!
After that I removed the blue vinyl from the inside of the skin, and then doing some clecoing again.
I am hooked.
This will be fun!!
